Doing, undoing, tearing apart, stitching together, unveiling the layers, connecting to core, finding meanings in the slow act of stitch by stitch, breath by breath, going deep in the subconscious mind, connecting to the self, to the Universe, creating beauty, creating form.
An installation of embroidered hoops with drawings with thread embroidered intuitively on layers of fabric dyed with tea, coffee and turmeric were displayed along with sculptures, drawings and art books.
Seed/ Core Within was displayed at the What About Art Residency, Mumbai, 2019
And the seeds travelled to Bulgaria from India in a Forest Resonance Festival, Bulgaria, September 2019
